Mail is set up to answer all calls, which it does but if I dial extensions 10, 15 or 16 after the auto attend. answers, it takes about 23 seconds for the call to transfer to the station. If I dial extensions 11, 12, 13, and 14 it takes about 4 seconds to transfer to the phone. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on.

Are you talking about the VM answering it or is it taking that long before the actual call goes to the station for the caller to answer? If it's the VM you should check program #321 on those stations, it can be anywhere from 1 -9 rings.

Make sure you have VM coverage assigned for 10, 15 and 16. (#310)
Make sure you have all yout VM ports, and only your VM ports assigned to #505 grp 7.

The Auto Attend. answers and when I dial these numbers, I get the message your call is being transfer, then I have silent for 23 seconds. DND is not on. Thanks for the replys, I will check them out and thanks again for the help

Which processor is it? The older ones don't do ring on transfer which would explain the 23 seconds of silence - 4 rings or so until it covers to voice mail. It could also be that ring on trnasfer is disbaled. However the older processors do not allow for a different vms cover rings setting. Sounds like the most likely scenario is a newer processor with different cover rings settings (#321) and no ring on transfer. If that is the case just adjust #321 for the extensions involved.

If its 23 seconds after transfer before something happens there is a problem. I don't think you could even make #321 do 23 seconds worth of rings.
Check out what I suggested.
