My customer wants to connect their Magix system to a non-Avaya system via T1/PRI.
Can I use the Non-Local Dialing Plan or Uniform Dialing Plan programming and let them dial just the extension number at the remote system?
We're not looking for feature transparency, just the ability to call from site to site without dialing a trunk/pool code then the extension number.

Should be able to do it - download the LEGEND Network Reference from https://support.avaya.com for the particulars of networking. You may not be able to use PRI, but may need to set it up as emulated tie trunks.

I have networked a legend 7.0 to a new ShoreTel system, worked fine. Also Magix to IP Office. Shouldn't be any major problems.
