Can anyone tell me how to set up a station port on the avaya ip office system to use a pagepal as an interface for paging.

Avaya has a 14-page job aid called "IP Office - Job Aid Attaching 3rd Party Paging Equipment" available of the support website. If you're using traditional 70v amplifer, you may not really need pagepal - configure analog station as paging and take it directly to amplifier input.
