I have a customer that has a Partner R7 ACS with messenger R7 and the customer has some extreme requests that I don't see how I can do them on this system. I believe he is asking for Porshe options on a Chevy product.
#1) Wants a hunt group for the Sales Dept. but wants the extensions to answer everytime in a certain order, #16, #31, #12, #24, #13
I thought of using call coverage instead but he wants some of these same extensions in other department hunt groups as well.
Can this be done some how? Is there anyway (or suggested device) to place SPECIFIC hunt group calls in a queue? I've done ot with lines but can't see how you could do it with hunt Groups.
I've suggessted we setup a general mailbox for each of the Hunt Groups instead.
