I know this is something so simple but for the life of me cannot remember the answer.
I have a Partner system with a PVM card and when an incoming call comes in it is answered by the PVM card and gives the main greeting. When the call select an extension no caller ID comes through is this a limitation on the PVM card? Or does the phone have to ring 1st so they can receive the CID information?
thank you in advance!! :bang:

CID info comes in between the 1st and 2nd rings. Rel 6 or 7 ACS only transfer CID through auto attendant.

Yes, you need to have an ACS R6 or 7 for CID to be passed by the PVM auto attendent on transfer.
