Hello,

Have a customer who wants to be able to have person press a number and transfer to cell phone after hours or leave a message otherwise.

Is this possible? Maybe with a call group and a higher extension set to forward to cell phone?

Yes you can do it with the RCF feature and the wording of your AA.

Thanks for the quick reply. Ok, from my reading they would need to actually just dial that extension from the AA prompt. Can't do it with group calls to allow them to say "Press 1" and have it go to that group? Am I right on this?

You do have selector codes so, yes you could have "1" point to an extension that has been set up for RCF. Why would you want a group?

Forget about groups.

Either have then dial the 2-digit extension number, or press a selector code that transfers to the forwarded extension.

Your other problem is that you don't have separate day and night recordings - so you have to say something like "if you have an AFTER HOURS emergency, press ....", and rely on the caller not to press that during the daytime.

Is three way calling on these lines? The Centrex feature in the selector code assignments allows up to 99 transfers to any remote number. The Centrex feature with this voice mail works great.
