I've got a client who has asked us to offer an annual maintenance agreement with their Avaya system. (about 60 phones)
I have not done this before, so am open to suggestions.
Are there things I should make sure I am covered on? What are the most likely parts to fail/go bad, etc?
Also, are there some template generic maintenance agreements anyone would be willing to share? Thanks in advance for any help.

I wouldn't take it. Refer them to an Avaya Business Partner or directly to Avaya.
