i have a r4 processor im trying to change the ext # on it and it wont take it? The new ext # isn't in the system now it is a complete new number. what are the steps?2 Its a magix that is running off a definity and a different loc. I have the ext point to head there though a t1 but when i call that ext I dont get it at the remote loc

If it won't let you change it, it has to conflict somewhere in the dial plan. If you're networked, check the Non-Local UDP as well.
