1. Add the extension to the cover group associated with voicemail. The path is System Program, Start, Extensions, More, Group Cover. Enter the Group Cover number when prompted--the most likely choice here is Group #30.
2. Log into the Merlin Messaging System Administrator mailbox. Create a new mailbox that matches the extension number in question. If the mailbox already exists, then simply reinitialize it.
