I was wondering if anyone has had much experience with call recording systems on the Definity platform. Currently we are doing station side logging but are interested in moving to CMAPI or trunk side logging.

Is anyone currently doing either?
Pro's and con's of either?

Thanks for any assistance.

Both if the systems liquidvw has posted for you play nice with the Definites and will also migrate easily when you move up to CM and
S series servers.
