Leave it auto login if you don't want members to perform login to avoid immediate MB routing.

Check out Overflow settings. There is two settings:
Number Overflow(default is 1) change it to 99 and
Time Overflow(default is 0) change to number of seconds(each ring cycle is 4 sec). 20 sec = 5 rings.

Why is the MB number 791. It must be 771. 791, as I remember, is Group page 1. Are those phones rings one by one in the assigned order? Is your MB 771 programmed as having a phone? is MB Auto attendant type?

Extensions will still get automatically logged out if they miss a group call. Auto Login only puts them back in to the group following a power failure. You need an ES-2 button for them to log themselves back into the group when they miss a call.

You may find an easier solution by directing your Zero-out calls to an adjunct extension, then putting a Primary Coverage button for that adjunct on the answering phones. Or, direct them to the Operator extension, and have Primary Coverage for the Operator on the other phones.
