I have a ip office 500 with embedded messaging just some quick questions does it have remote access to check mail? And is it able to have hunt group mail on it? Cause when I make a short code for the main hunt group it says remote access is not allowed for this mail box? :bang:

put a password in Manager for the hunt group, that is why you cant access it yet.
if you have a shortcode made of: *17 - ?U - voicemail collect...have the AA "*" (star) action go to *17, then you can enter a mailbox and check remotely.
No one will be able to access mailboxes remotely until the passwords are set....
