Where on earth did you get 30 and 31 from?? By Partner voice messaging R3, do you mean the PCMIA card that goes in the card slot on the ACS?

Recheck the documentation that came with the Partner Voice Messaging PCMCIA card. It will mention the correct ports to assign to Hunt Group #7.

skimore, if you have a PCMCIA PC card mail that installs in the ACS control unit. Then the only x's that need to be assigned to HG#7 are 78 & 79.

I would think second slot you should be using ext 18 and 19 for your vm. Do what Skip555 suggested though.

I would think it would depend on what that VM is and what slot 2 refers to. From the OP it could be a lot of things. There is no Partner Messaging R3 but there is a Partner Mail VS R3 and the Partner Voice Mail (PVM) R3 which is the PC card. Neither would use the same VM ports.
We also need to stop refering to the Partner modules as cards, that is what confuses the issue with the actual cards the get inserted into the PCMIA card slots in the processor.

Your thinking Partner Messaging which uses the first ports on the card, compared to a 206 card, as VM ports. Partner Messaging didn't have a R.3. The VS did, but in that case you would use the last ports not the first. We need to know exactly which mail we are working with before we can say for sure.
