I am trying to upgrade from 4.2.4 to 4.2.14 And it is saying failed to transfer files is there a upgrade that Im missing to get it all the the way to 4.2.14. I already uninstalled manger and got it to 6.2.14 Any one else have this trouble?

Check that your working directory is correct. It should point to the manager folder.
Is this your first time upgrading the control unit? Have you run the firewall.bat file? Make sure the firewall is off..

Yeah got it right after i posted it never mind the person on site changed the security password thats why i dont think people should be able to change things in there system, cause they dont always know what they are doing!

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.......trying to upgrade a 3.2 system to 4.2.14. Someone had changed the system password on that one as well w/o mentioning it to anyone.
