Sorry but I am ignorant on the partner sytem. During the day a live attendant answers the phone. If the phone does not get answered then the autoattendant kicks in.
How does one set the coverage to the auto attendant to max rings ? can individual incoming lines be set to not have coverage to the auto attendant ,but just continue to ring? How is that accomplished.

Yes, each trunk can be programmed individually.
You can also have different number of rings day vs. night before AA answers.
It sounds like you could use an installers manual.

no I am not Avaya certified.
I haven't had any programming experience on the partner, just the legend and just basic admin tasks.
Found some info The # of rings appears to be line specific for day #506,1, ect . Still looking for eliminating the possibility of an individual line going to the auto attendant

Still looking for eliminating the possibility of an individual line going to the auto attendant That is where #206 comes into play.
