I had a "new" client referred to me. They have a 10 year old Legend with VM. (Not 3rd party) ?
I haven't been out there yet.
Her complaint: -When using a Bluetooth device or speakerphone, our current voicemail cuts off user when there's a delay or silence
I couldn't find anything on Settings, silence etc. to tune this up. It IS increasingly a problem with older VM and newer Cel Phones etc.
ANY ideas??
Thank you ALL

This is settings for dialing 0. Doesn't meter where you did call into AA from dial "0" or Time out should be pointed to Operator or General Delivery MB. Check that setting in selector code assignments.

are you referring to the outbound calling through the VM....keep in mind, this is a trunk to trunk transfer feature of the Legend....bad idea...the sound level drops 50% or better when an inbound call is rerouted out the system via an outbound line....that could be your problem...no fix to this.
