I've got a Legend R5 system that has some system phones randomly freeze up and then restart with a "ghost" call on hold. The first few phones that were affected were on the same 408MLX module (Slot 2) so my first step was to verify the problem and replace the module. Today the operators phone also froze along with 3 other system phones (operators phone in position 1/ 1, other phones on seperate module). I am now leaning towards the processor as the problem. Would anyone else agree? Below is the error log which I reset around 10:30 am. All of these errors occured in a 3 hour period. I dont have tons of experience with this particular system and the customer is watching their wallet so I would like some input before ordering the part from my BP. Thank you!

Your error log indicates a problem with SLOT 1, PORT 25. That is the ADJUNCT associated with SLOT 1 PORT 5, what ever that extension is.
It also could be a problem with SLOT 1, but I would first remove what ever is plugged into SLOT 1 PORT 5 and see if that makes any difference.
Usually, MLX Sets and their adjuncts DO NOT bring down the entire module, so I would be looking at replacing the module in SLOT 1 if the above test doesn't prove anything.
What did the ERROR LOG show prior to your replacing SLOT 2?

Error log was showing similar errors for slot 2 (Multiple 0010 for 02/06 and 02/24). This morning I swapped out the card in slot 1 (also a 408MLX), did a board renumber, reset, and I am still getting similar errors for slots 1&2. Both 408 cards I installed are refurb and from my local BP.
