On new customer site, processor rev7, vmrev5 (48 MB). Calls through AA will not go to ext all come back to x10, calls do not ring ext, just a canned message your call is being transfered to recpt.I understand this is a rev problem between the processor and the VM rev, if so any quick fix.

No quick fix, you just need to flash your PMVS R.5.

If your users do not use DND, it will not create the problem.
