Small issue. Ext. 10 has no messages, but led stays lit. Any suggestions? I heard I might need a patch. Unsure how to resolve this. HELP!

There is no Messaging R.5.
There is a Partner Messaging R.1, R.6 and R.7.
There was PMVS R.5 many years ago before the PM series came out.
There is a patch for the PMVS R.5 for use on a ACS R.7, but it has to do with using DND.

Are you sure someone didn't do a F9 and turn the MWL on manually? If so, do a F10-10.

Is it Messaging of one of the releases that Mike mentioned, and there is a message in one of the General Mailboxes?

Sorry. My mistake. It's Partner Mail VS R5. I did try F10 to toggle between led on/off though. No luck.

If Feature-10-10 does not turn off the light, then it is not really Ext. 10. No matter what turned it on, F10 will turn it off until something else lights it again with F09.
