I'm not sure where to look for what is causing this.
The system is a 406v2, VMPro running R4.2, WinXP Pro.
Several times over the last year since I installed this system, the auto-attendant greeting or a random mailbox greeting will cut-off in mid sentence.
When attempting to re-record the affected greeting, the existing greeting plays in full. (As though there is no problem.) Re-recording doesn't seem to change anything.
The only fix seems to be to manually delete the mailbox or auto-attendant from Windows and rebuild them.
Ideas? Yeah I suppose I could update to R5, but I'd like to know what's causing this.
Thanks

I had this phenomenon on an R6 VMPro recently - but only after I had buggered up the server on which it was running. Ended up doing uninstall/reinstall of VMPro - haven't had a moment of troubles since.
