IPO 4.12

I am having a serious issue with Audix the last 3 days. For some reason it will become non-responsive. When you dial the VM short code you just get dead air.

A restart of the VMPro service brings Audix back online, but the service is always running when I do the restart. I have also set failure options to restart the service upon failure. It does not appear that the service is stopping but, is brought back up upon restart.

I have already backed up and installed Audix on a new box with a fresh install of XP and end up with the same issue.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

Michael L. Gates

Got it!!

Somehow the VMPro license got blown out.

Was able to get the encryption key from our Vendor and Viola!

Thanks,
