I have a new IPO500 system in place with VM Pro. The system is set up to go into VM only if know one picks up after 5 rings.

When a call comes in all 5 phones ring at same time. Once someone picks up I have one station that just keep ringing even though that call was answered. I switched out phones and the problem still persists. The customer has to unplug the phone then plug it back in to make it stop ringing. It happens sometimes twice a day and sometimes it doesn't happen for several days.

I powered down both system and VM and powered back up. Again it's just one station / extension doing this.

Can you move that phone to a different port? I would give that a try.

Sorry for late reply. We solved the issue by swapping out the Combo Card.

For future reference you might want to find the release. 6.0 did not support the Combo Cards
