I need Paid Tech Support for a problem of incomming calls going directly to voice mail at times. We will be working on a Merlin Legend with a Merlin Messaging Voice Mail. You must be able to fix this problem and not just tell me it is this or could be that. I will be on site, I am a x Avaya Tech and work on many Legends, but this one has me stuck. Please read all of my post concerning this matter. Thank you

wmr, if you have not fixed this, and would allow me to contact your customer directly to test for trouble resolution, email some customer contact information e.g. toll free number to: [email protected].
