Lost audio from VM Pro. Call status says that staion 402 calls (*17)voicemail but no audio is heard.Same on inbound calls routed to VM. What to look for?

Sounds like you need to start the voicmail pro services. Control Panel/Administration/Services/Voicemail Pro/Start
Then you can change it to restart the service automatically in the future there too.

Have you upgraded your antivirus or firewall on machine running VMPro. I'd guess that the appropriate ports are now blocked. Test by temporarily disabling. Mike
