Hello all. I was sent to a customer with a merlin 2 system. I haven't worked on this system in years. I was able to figure out how to remove the lines from pool 9. But, I couldn't figure out how to assign specific lines to specific extensions. Not sure if it's me or not but the programming manual is not very helpful. The customer had a power outage and lost some programming. I suggested they upgrade to a legend r7 processor. But, they are a state run facility so you know how that goes. Can someone give me the steps I would need to assign the lines? Thanks, Brian

Admin T/P to P Conference twice Touch Adm Tel, light steady dial intercom #, or touch auto intercom button ( 2 beep OK ) touch appropriate line button green light on ( line assigned )
