Hello.

Can anyone let me know if the SVMI-8E supports caller ID routing?

For example, if it recognizes that your wife is calling, have it route the call directly to your extension or if an important client calls, have it routed directly to your extension, etc..

I see from the port activity that the system does recognize the caller ID immediately when a call comes into the system, I’m just wondering if there is a setting to then route based on that Caller ID number?

Please let me know if anyone knows how this might be done?
