OP reaser Member Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 204 PA	I have a DID that I want to ring differently to alert our staff to distinguish certain callers from the standard callers. I figured setting up the Secondary Extension Key would be the correct way. I have the number programmed in the Call Routing Table ring in to hunt group 2003. When going to the key map I can not assign the hunt group as it does not appear in the device list. Can we not set a hunt group directly as a key assignment? I guess I can change the Call Routing Table and have it go to a Phantom instead. What is the correct procedure here for this?
