DSX40 with 8 COs
The customer has a manual schedule set using the night mode key on x301. They have that phone forwarded to an outside line manually entering the number, not using a speed bin or going to a voicemail box depending on the caller's keypress. The message is to press 1 to leave a message or press 2 to get the after hours agent (which is forwarded from x301 manually).
Dial action table: 1: Record w/greeting, 301, UTRF 2: Unscreened Transfer, 301, None
Now I'm being told by the customer that regardless of what you do, the call doesn't go out when option 2 is pressed.
Originally the problem was lines 5-8 were not set to enable Tandem calls. It only took a two hour hold with NEC support to figure that one out. I'm trying to save a step.
Thanks
Jeff Lead Field Engineer, MSCNS
