Hi,

Not long ago I attempted to access the admin box on an IVP8 Voicemail at one of my company's remote locations.
I was able to originally access it with the default password, which I changed and documented. A few months later I went to use that very same password, which nobody else had but me, and suddenly I wasn't able to log in anymore.
I tried the default thinking it was reset somehow; no joy.

I'm kind of dead in the water at this point with being able to reset mailbox passwords and create new users. I even went so far as to try and use the voicemail admin software and access the unit via null modem cable, and it won't let me in.

Was hoping someone could help me reset the admin password. Thank you!
