OP Shahza Member Joined: Mar 2023 Posts: 4 Atlanta GA	Hello beautiful people, I hope someone can give me a hint on this. My organization want me to separate the department’s extension then add sub-extension on each department. e.g. when customers call they hear press 1 for accounting when they select 1 then press 1 for account receivable press 2 for account payable. I need to do it for all the departments. We using UNIVERGE sv8100 for our phone system configuration Thanks in advance
