Hi All...

Need some help here. I believe I have a bad processor board. I'm getting an IO-PROCR 769, 1, and 1793 as well as ISDN-SGR 1793, 1, and 257. Can someone let me know if I'm going down the right path here.

I did a save translation a few months ago but have not made any major changes since. I think only two name changes.

Joe

It is a Definity. V11. I have a spare processor card same version so I can down the system and swap it. I would need to get the license file put back on.

So here's where things get weirder. Magically the errors and alarms all went away. I'm no longer under any maintenance plan with Avaya. The switch may have called out since the modem is still hooked up and set to call Denver. I would think they would do nothing given the lack of maintenance. Very strange.

As for the system...the PRI and C-Lan boards were both down. The straight T was working.

Did you have some problems with your PRI...looks like to me you lost your span..and your proc channel..span came back up and your back in business. Might want to do a "disp errors" trunk, resolved and see what was going on...

Sounds like PRI went down like Wellco said.
Let us know what errors you have.

We can come on site if needed.

I have the carrier working on the PRI. They first said no its clean and it was the PBX but now they are saying the D channel is down. Still no CLAN card working. Waiting to see what the carrier fixes and if the PRI comes back up.
