I have the manuals here for generic 216 and 217. What do you have? Do you have the console overlay and a console? mark

What is your software level? 216 or 217? 216 would have 2 cpu type cards. 217 would just have 1. Reset to default involves the scanner card & a console.

Set the thumbwheel switches on the tone control card to X=the console you are using (0-1-2) I think 0 is the maintenence port. Press lamp test press next set the thumbwheel to press config/init press enter press reset button on the scanner card system is reset and removed from the programming mode
you are now at ground zero. mark
