How do I get the Caller ID to display on the console. I just switched from AT&T to Comcast, and they offer free Caller ID. I'm completely new in this system. What are the steps I have to take for it to display the #name and #number on the console.
Thanks in advance, and please help

First, make sure the carrier is actually delivering Caller ID to you. Next, go to form 13, Trunk circuit descriptors. Find the circuit descriptor for the trunks on your analog/ASU card, and choose 'select options'. Look for the option "CLASS Trunk" and set it to enabled. If the Caller ID doesn't display, go to the COS of the console, and make sure option #502 is enabled.

Did it cross-connect to your system as a series of pairs of wires, or as a set of four little wires?
Did the words "Loop-start" come into the conversation at any point?
Of course, the easiest way is to call your local Mitel dealer and have him come set it up.

It should tell you on your comcast proposal if they quoted you a PRI, T-1 or LS trunks. That would help to see if you can even get Caller ID. You may only have caller ID outbound.
Your installer should also be able to tell you if he installed a circuit into the 200ICP or tunks

The cable out of the modem is attach to a wall to a device, which provide few phone jacks, from there it is, wired, using two pair into the phone block, and from there it goes in the 200 ICP.

I believe the phone lines I'm getting is Voice over IP. A cable wire is attached to the phone modem. And then, (follow the above post). I also called Comcast Tech Support, and verified that I'm suppose to be recieving both name and number for each call.

The trunk card that I have right now says LS/GS card in white color..
I noticed I have some that are have writings in blue on them. I wonder if I need a blue ONS/Class card for Caller ID? If so where can I buy them?

For LS trunks coming in, as John says, you need an LS/CLASS card to provide CID to the PBX, which will let the console and the Digital Phones see CID. If you want analog phones to see CID, you need an ONS/CLASS card for those phones.
Blue cards were part of a package and can not be added to a system later. If you are going to add cards, you need to add white cards only. In form 4, it will tell you the maximum number of blue cards of each type that is allowed on your system.

The Trunk card that I currently have is LS/GS (6cct) 9109-011-000. It is in white letters. Is this the correct trunk card?

If it is an ICP, on the back is an amphenol connector the brings out some ls class trunks, also several digital and analog extensions

Jig, I have a feeling that you are not working with a 200ICP. Can you please give us a description of the cabinet(s)? (dimensions and color)

Jig, if the card says LS/GS, it will not give you Caller ID. You need a card with white lettering that says LS/Class. If it is an ICP, as JohnP says, you can get LS/Class through the on-board trunks without any card.
Are you sure that the wires you traced cross-connect on that card?

I'm pretty sure the phone line wires connect to the blocks, and then from the blocks, it goes to the LS/GS trunk card in Bay 3, in my system..

@LightningHorse The picture of my phone system looks exactly like the one on this page ( https://www.vergenetwork.com/Mitel_SX-200.htm) the second picture, with the MX Controller. I have two cabinets, instead of one shown in the picture.

You need to follow the cable coming out of the back of the mz and find which block it is connected to. Somewhere on that block will be 6 LS/CLASS trunk positions. These will have to be cross connected to the imcoming CLASS trunks.
The system will also need programing to reflect this change.

But with the improved call supervision on an ICP, you probably can convert to LS without any problem.
