I have a 3300 MXE release 5.0 and the External Hot Desking is working except for the mid-call feature. When I call in on my PSTN and connect to a 3300 internal extension and try to press 3 for conference all I hear is the DTMF tone at both parties. I have mid-call enabled.
System options: External Hot Desking - Single Digit Mid Call Features is set to "yes"
In my cos for the EHDU cos 21 I have Hot Desk External User - Allow Mid-Call Features set to "yes"
I have tried playing with the answer supervision but to no avail, it is like I do not have a DTMF receiver while on the analogue PSTN trunk and if not I am not sure how to hold one.

Don't you have to press flash to invoke the feature?

the feature codes do not work as I believe there is no DTMF receiver.
