I have a customer with a Cintech Cinphony ACD on a NAM for Norstar MICS. They have Infocus on the Cinphony - which uses the RS232 port to create a Wallboard viewable accross the LAN. The same customer would also like a "real" Wallboard. Is there anyway to put in a second or split the RS232 signal to make both work?

I hope this helps...
We have a similar setup...
we use a Spectrum unit to convert the wallboard signal from a RS-232 connection to a RS-485 that then is connected to a Wallboard.
Infocus in connect via the LAN
Both are options setup in the ACDMASTER screen...
You will need to assign an IP address to your NAM using the TCPCFG command.
