I have a simple question, im really new to the phone system world, i have a MICS 5 line system along with the callpilot 100 voicemail. we have 12 ext's all with access to all 5 lines using T7316E phones.

My problem is that when a call is transfered to another extension that extension never transfer's the call to voicemail like it should and it will ring back the ext transfered from with a callback no answer message.

all ext's are setup to forward no answer to 244 (callpilot DN) after 4 rings.

So i really cant understand why it will not pick up , it picks up on some of the ext's but 3 of them will not.

any help would be great.

Check your "Transfer Call Back" settings. It's probably conflicting: ie: Rings set to 3, which will over-ride your CFNA to Call Pilot, and send unanswered calls back to the person that transferred the call to that phone.

Sorry i answered my own question, i found the "Transfer Call Back" setting, it was set to 3 while the CFNA was set to 4. This fixed my problem thank you very much
