hi all i have a customer looking to turn his panasonic KX-TDA 100 into a call center. what he wants to do is 1.have all calls recorded to pc. 2. have call info displayed on a wall screen ( waiting calls, abandond calls )
has anyone delt with this type setup ??

Maybe Rander CTI software would be useful for you? It logs all calls so you can review them later. It displays pop up notifications for incoming calls. And it's got a lot of other useful features. E mail me for details
