This should be an easy qustions, but i cant seem to find it.
We have a dk40i with a stragaty 4 port flash voicemail, about 18 phones.
about 1/2 of the phones go to voicemail in a RNA after about 4 rings, the other phones dont ever go to VM, also i think this could be related, but the half that it is not working on, when they put there phone in DND mode, thw calls dont go to there personal VM box. This cant be that hard to setup, but i cant seem to find it. Any help would be greatly useful. thanks

2 things. Are ALL the phones CF-NA to Voicemail? Also, you have to set the ID code on each phone so it knows which mailbox to go to.

I dont think they all are CF-NA to voicemail. How would i find out, of more importantly, how would i set them to be?
as far as the Id code, very possible they are not set, could you tell me how to set those too?
Thanks, i feel like an idiot.
