I am workign on a ctx670 with ies 32 8 port inskin voice mail everything seems to be working fine except calls going to voice mail. The voice mail answers, then routes the calls to the extensions, and then after 4 rings it re loops all of a sudden. I tried to cancel the fwrd and reset the fwrd it still not working. any ideas?

I think you need to recheck your integration, Im not sure what parameter you need to look for but this to me sounds like an integration thing.

It has been working solid for about 2 years now all of a sudden it stopped working

You lost SMDI. Reboot the systems and it will come back on.

If you still have problems after the reboot, make sure all plugs are still connected, either by LAN cable or a 6 wire cable to a board on the CTX processor.

If it is just a Cat 5 cale, then make sure the CTX processor is also connected to the LAN switch. I have seen network connections get diconnected.

I have also seen IT depts assign the same IP as the CTX to something else on the network. Make sure there are no IP conflicts.

This, of course, assumes you are using SMDI via the LAN
