Make sure the voicemail is set for a blind transfer, by putting a "H" after the extension number for that mailbox.

If you are just doing the #6011 from the phone, make sure you put a # at the end.

#6011 9 XXX-XXXX #

Aslo what p2ii said.

ok...still cant get it to work...
I tried #6011 9 XXX-XXXX# and only internal calls are working.

I checked that the tandem co was enabeled. and I get the same behavior. Internall calls transfer just fine, but calls that have cone through our auto attendant do not...Call comes in dial extension no...call goes to VM and not xfrd.

any other suggestions?

Is there a way to set CF-All calls in the network emanager for this extension?

Log into the mailbox in question, but use Stratagy Admin if possible, and makes sure that the DND is off for that mailbox.
