I am having an isue with a Stratsy Flash that I have never encountered. One of my clients is claiming that often when someone calls ext 214 to leave a message they are notified the mailbox is full - even though there are no messages recorded on it. No other mailbox seems to be having the issue. I was going to reset the mailbox but not sure if that will help.

Mailbox 0 is the usual culprit with 100's of unheard messages. If you can login to your mailbox's check this one even if you don't use it normally.
If the Flash is totally full you will not be able to login to any mailbox's and will require an engineer to fix it for you onsite.

Thanks all.. I AM the tech. 0 mailbox is used often and currently has 0 messages. But I will check all the others to be sure there is nothing full there. This is the only mbox having the issue oddly enough. Thanks!

Log into box 999
Option 8*
That will give you a run down of system status, including remaining disk space.
