System: Vodavi Starplus Triad 1
My problem is that all of our lines have my voice mail greeting as their greeting.
We had a System Greeting, then I deactivated it and now when one of our lines gets a call and it goes to voice mail the greeting the caller hears is my greeting instead of the one recorded for the person he was calling. D Do I have to reassigned a port to each one of the lines we have. Please help.
Thanks

Voice mail extensions should be programmed to hunt group 450 and voice mail group 440. The ports (lines) in voice mail admin programming should be set to play a menu or a time control not a mailbox. I suggest setting the lines to play a menu, then make sure one of the keystrokes (usually 8) allows recording of prompts. Then call ext 450 press 8 imput the password and record a new greeting.
Phones should be set to forward to 440 Lines should be forwarded to 450

Which VoiceMail do you have for the Triad? When you mention "System Greeting" are you talking about the Auto-Att.?
