Can a SLMO24 and a IVM24 Xpressions compact be in the same chassis?

Also, can two SLMO24 cards be in the same chassis?

Im using version 6 Hipath software in a Officepro cabinet.

we dont have the IVM 24 here, but the officepro should run 2 slmo and 1 IVM 24 cards, once you have 3 spare slots.

Make sure you have enough power supplies in the system to run them all

The only rule of thumb you need to follow is that the IVM has to be in the last slot of the basic cabinet. It takes up 24 time slots. Also when adding the SLMO's if you put them in the same time slot you can't add anymore cards to that time slot due to the master/slave ports of the SLMO

Yes you can have them in the same cabinet. Is the Pro a 3700 or 3750?

Its a 3750 (floor mount). I am asking the question becuase the Xpressions service manual states "The Xpressions Compact-board of the type L24 and a SLMO24 should not be joint owners of the
same PCM-bus. In the master/slave mode of the SLMO24, the complete accessibility is not guaran-
teed."

Is a PCM bus the entire backplane or is there more then one PCM bus in the chassis?

The vm card should be put in beside the psu in slot 8. don't put in the slmo 24 in slot 6 or 7 the PCM segments ore slot 2 + 3, 4 + 5, and 6,7,+8
