Message button on users phone flaky. Immediately after connecting phone you press it and it takes you to VM. Three seconds later you press it and nothing. Where can I program this button or how to reset?

the button has to be set as a feature access in system programming.
then you would go to the phone in question feature redial 1 (pilot ext number of the vm) feature

Chris! Yes, programming it is where I'd like to be but how the heck do I get to that? I have the SAT but cannot find the right memory spot to amend/add this setting for either the message or directory buttons. As well, pressing F-R-1-Pilot number results in an error condition being shown in the display. Any hints?
