i have a problem with an NEAX 2000. We have a phone that is a member of a ACD group and when they log in sometimes it automatically logs back out. other times it won't log in at all. Occassionaly it works. Its just this one phone and i have know clue. I usually don't service NEC however this is a good friend and i was just helping him out. I mainly deal with Tadiran. So NEC is new to me.

What kind of ACD are using? CCWX or just simple ACD using busy/unavail buttons?
