need a little more info.
is this happening after the main greeting answers?
or are you trunk mapping the lines to this box?
is this when the caller doesn't do anything and then it transfer out of the opening box?

Okay, so... Call comes in, rings immediately (in day mode) on extensions, then rings in delay mode (after 4 rings) on the VMail ports?
And it plays the $GREET greeting, or the $OPEN greeting?
You want it to go to a mailbox such as, say, box 180, play a message like "No one is currently available to take your call," then ring again on certain phones, as a "second chance to answer" before taking a message?
Is that right?
In the EZ-Application page, what opening greeting box is listed for your ports? Usually it's $GREET or $OPEN.
Under "Transaction Boxes," What are the transfer, greeting, action, and "after-playing" settings for the opening box?
(i.e. Transfer: Yes--> 180, 00:17, Take-Message, Say-Bye?)
Who "owns" the transaction box?
