Hi all I have two 7100 connected via vpn. I can dial the remote extentions from either side, they ring, get answered but no voice is coming through. If i connect a Samsung ip phone i do get voice. Both sites use same codecs. If i connect twe two pbxes on a local lan i do have voice. Can it be that the RTP is blocked and how do you unblock it?I only see TCP/UDP on the routers. HELP!!

If they are connected by a VPN then there should be no ports being blocked. Are you sure its a VPN setup or are they using port forwards? If its just port forwards then a required port range is missing.
When you said the IP phone will work, have you tried one at each site talking to the remote system?

Low end routers use tcp/udp as the same thing they just don't list it.
I am going to guess that you don't have the mgi's assigned to trunks.
Your website does not work. I am guessing that you are new to this game. So I am going to suggest you call an installer and let them train you. It will be well worth your dollars spent. Johannesburg may have plenty.
