Hi everyone,
Im going crazy.
We have a Officeserv 500 and upgraded from a SVM-800 to a SVMi-8e its been a nightmare.
First issue was that the SVMI-8 card would not accept faxes or recognise the # to check messages remotely and was told the card was "faulty" by our installer and the people that sold us the card.
I since purchased another card as the US dealer that sold it to me has disappeared, and still can not get access to a mailbox using the # like on the previous SVM-800
All I want to achieve is staff being able to ring their extensions and get the voicemail remotely like they used to on the SVM-800
This just required you to press # during the greeting and it directed you to a "Please enter your pin"
Anyone have a thought on this?
The card is defaulted FYI
Thanks in advance!
