What do you need to get a trace of?

I have only ever used the serial ports for sw upgrades on MGI cards.

I connected OS500 & MGI2 with Cisco Router,if i use SIP server Enable & IP address of Cisco router This setup i am able to call cisco IP phone and we have both way communication but when Cisco IP phone call to samsung user there is oneway communication,Cisco people looking for trace from MGI2,
If we disable SIP server we cannot call each other and via H.323 it rings to each other but no voice from both ends

They are after a wireshark trace.

You will need to get a manged switch todo it.

The cisco guys should be able to do a trace from their end.

I tried todo this a few years ago via h323 and sip and never got it to work.

Cisco having the Trace when call comes from samsung to Cisci but call made by Cisco its goes to MCP IP address instead of MGI2 IP Address, and the result no trace available for Cisco user.

The signalling should goto the MCP2 (this is the sip address the cisco guys need to put in their config) and the voice to the MGI2.

The SIP packets from the samsung will tell the cisco what ip and port to send the speech to (ie the MGI2 card).
