I have recently moved a Sprint Protege KSU w/SVP-4 voice mail for a customer and have been "attempting" to add a new mailbox. I am having difficulty getting past the "enter class of service" part of adding the mailbox. These are the steps that I am taking:
Press 3
Press 2 to add
Enter the mailbox number
Enter the extension number
Enter the COS as 0 for no toll restriction or 6 for toll restriction on long distance calls

I have tried entering COS 0,1,2,3,4,5,6............
What am I doing wrong?

I sent you an email. It is always easier to program through a laptop than going through the Admin mail box.

Please don't confuse your "Internet Search" with my licenses, certifications and over 30 years experience.

COS... Going through the admin box it might be a three digit number 000. By default the COS is "0".
